An eager band of members and spouses gathered at early o’clock in St Peters in Marlborough to set up, receive work and hang our Summer Exhibition.

We had work from 24 of our members and in all we hung 113 paintings plus 48 unframed works in the browsers and 148 cards in the card stand.

At 1pm we were open to the public – although we had visitors prior to this thanks to the coffee shop on site. A few sales were made during the first afternoon session.

Here are a few photos of the set up team in action.

Photos of the exhibition itself are available as a slideshow on our Programme page under “Exhibitions”.
